When I first started looking at physical graphic design, one of the thing that intrigued me were natural materials and what they would look like as tactile 3D typography.
When I first started looking at physical graphic design, one of the thing that intrigued me were natural materials and what they would look like as tactile 3D typography.
I approached this project by selecting various different naturals such as cress, and creating them into typographic pieces. Shaping and arranging them by hand and creating what I thought the typographic properties would look like according to the properties of the thing itself. With these I then created outcomes by then putting them into context’s, for example magazines.
